From curiosity to confidence to responsible leadership.
PEGN is being designed to give young people structured opportunities to explore, learn, participate, collaborate, communicate, and grow. The experience is centered on development rather than telling students what to think or what conclusions they should reach.

The program is organized around five stages:
Curiosity, Learning, Engagement, Confidence, and Leadership.
Each stage builds on the one before it, helping students move from asking questions toward understanding, participation, communication, collaboration, and responsible contribution.
Illustrative planned student experience. Activities and features may evolve through educational, safety, privacy, and professional review.

Students could use age-appropriate lessons, questions, stories, activities, and real-world topics to build knowledge and curiosity.

Structured conversations could help students explain their ideas, listen to other perspectives, and practice respectful communication.

Group projects and challenges could help students work together, solve problems, and turn ideas into constructive concepts.

Students could build confidence through presentations, service-oriented activities, teamwork, mentorship, and opportunities to contribute responsibly

PEGN does not define leadership as having the loudest voice or always being right. Responsible leadership means being willing to learn, listen, communicate honestly, work with others, take responsibility, and contribute constructively.
